How to request deletion

1. Send an email to admin@styylr.com from the email address registered to your Styylr account.
2. Use the subject line "Account deletion request" and include the phone number on your account so we can verify your identity.
3. We will verify the request and permanently delete your account within 30 days, then email you to confirm.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove the personal data associated with it, including:

• Your profile information — name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and profile photo
• Provider details, if applicable — business information, services, pricing, availability, and portfolio images
• Your bookings, preferences, and location information
• Messages, reviews and ratings you posted
• Your points balance and account settings

What data is kept, and for how long

We retain a limited set of records after deletion only where required for legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution or fraud-prevention purposes. This may include transaction and payout history, dispute records, and records of your agreement to our legal documents. These records are kept for the period required by applicable law and are then deleted.

Payment card details are held by our payment processor, Stripe, under its own privacy policy — Styylr never stores your full card number.
